The price of an MRI scan varies depending on the health system or insurance you want to use.
SNS – The SNS does not reimburse MRI scans. The examination can only be carried out at an NHS hospital. Contact the NRD as we have protocols and special competitive pricing for these situations.
ADSE / IASFA/ SAD PSP / ADM GNR – when you have your MRI scan at the NRD, you will only pay the corresponding co-payment, normally €30 per scan.
Insurance – The NRD has agreements with various insurers and health plans. Contact the NRD or your insurance company to find out the specific price.
Protocols and special prices – The NRD has protocols and agreements with various clinics and institutions that allow you to take the exam at very competitive prices.
